How do I get a quote?
To get a quote, click on REQUEST A QUOTE, then fill in the form. Alternatively, you can send an email to silipulseras@gmail.com with the desired product and quantity, and we will reply with a quote within 24 hours.
What is the minimum order quantity for bracelets or any other promotional gift?
The minimum varies between 25 and 50 pieces depending on the type of product. Please check the individual product page or email us at silipulseras@gmail.com for any specific quantity requests.
How can I customize my promotional products?
Click on any product page, and follow the steps to the right of the pictures. Once you have done so, please click « add to cart » or pay for your order directly on the page. After processing your payment, we will send you a digital proof (mock-up of your order with details) to your inbox, which you will then have to confirm. Please check your SPAM inbox after placing your order.
What are your production and delivery times?
We are among the fastest in Spain and deliver worldwide. The standard production time is 15 business days, but for an additional fee, we can deliver within 8 business days once your digital proof and payment have been confirmed.
For deliveries in Europe (outside of Spain), an additional shipping fee of €19.95 applies, and for outside Europe, the fee is €29.95.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
What is a digital proof?
A digital proof, or mock-up, ensures that your bracelets or promotional products will appear exactly as you designed them. After placing your order, you will receive an image for review. You must confirm it via email for production to begin.
How much does a digital proof cost?
Digital proofs are free.
Why does the colour of my product look different from the digital proof?
Colours on digital proofs are approximate and may appear differently on screens. There can be a slight variation of up to 10%.
Do I have to pay if I want to modify my digital proof before confirming my order?
No, you can make unlimited changes for free.
I received my digital proof and want to make a change. What should I do?
Simply reply to the email containing the proof, specifying the changes you want. We will revise it and send you a new proof.
How long does it take to receive a digital proof?
It can typically take from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
How do I confirm the digital proof?
Reply to the email with your confirmation, and we will start production.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with PayPal or most credit cards. We also accept bank transfers for orders that have been placed by email. Please email silipulseras@gmail.com for more information.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If production has not started, we can cancel it. However, if production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled due to the molds and materials used.
What should I do if I accidentally made a double payment?

What happens if there is an error with my order?
If a production error occurs, we will redo your order as quickly as possible.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be displayed at the end of the checkout process. Costs vary depending on order size and delivery speed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
During checkout, you can choose from different production and delivery times, and a delivery date will be provided.
How accurate is the delivery date?
98% of our shipments arrive on the specified date.
Will I receive a tracking number after my order ships?
Yes, once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (FedEx or UPS).
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We regularly offer discounts and special deals. Right now, we have a 10 % discount on any order placed.
Do you offer bulk or nonprofit discounts?
Our prices are already tiered—the more you order, the lower the price per unit.
