Terms of Service

Please take a few minutes to read our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. By using this site, you agree to abide by the rules stated in these terms. Silipusleras.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service. We recommend reviewing them each time you use this site.

Order Conditions

Payment is required when placing an order. Orders can be placed by phone or email, in which case payment must be made at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal.

We reserve the right to refuse orders.

Orders that are not paid within 30 days will be subject to a 10% surcharge on the original order amount, and 20% after 60 days.

No order will be put into production until at least 50% of the total amount has been paid.

By placing an order via phone or email, you automatically accept the Terms of Service of Silipulseras.com.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

A €10.00 cancellation fee applies if an order is canceled before pre-production. Additional fees may apply after pre-production begins.

Silipulseras.com will make every effort to modify or cancel your order if requested. If production has not yet started, no extra fees (beyond the €10.00 cancellation fee) will be applied. If the order has reached the pre-production setup phase, cancellation or modification fees may apply. If an item is already in production, we cannot stop or modify the order. However, we can prevent shipment or redirect the order upon request. The full amount confirmed at the time of order placement will still be charged.

To request an order modification, you must contact our sales department within 6 hours of order confirmation. Likewise, all cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order confirmation.

No modifications are accepted for Express or Super-Express orders.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for customer errors. This includes, but is not limited to, typos in messages, incorrect bracelet colors (PMS), or any other mistakes made during the order process on Silipulseras.com.

Production and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an order is delayed, only shipping fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Customization and Presentation

Once you have uploaded your file/logo and placed your order, any special instructions for layout and design must be specified in the "Special Instructions" section. If not provided, please send an email with all relevant logo or artwork details.

Any requested interior messages will always be embossed and the same color as the ordered bracelets. Customization options for these messages are not available.

Silipulseras.com. reviews all submitted logos/files to ensure they meet application requirements for the selected bracelet or product type. Minor modifications may be made free of charge.

We do not guarantee identical bracelet colours for reorders.

Website Images / Digital Proofs / Colours

We strive to provide clear images and accurate colors that reflect the true nature of the bracelets. However, website images and digital proofs sent by email have limitations in accurately depicting scale and precise colors.

Digital proof colors should not be considered exact, as screens may not display colors perfectly. In cases like swirl bracelets, which contain color blends, digital representations may be even less accurate.

Colours are based on the Pantone (PMS) color system.

Order Reproduction

We will attempt to replicate previous orders as closely as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match.

Production and Delivery

Silipulseras.com aims to meet the chosen production and delivery timeline (no later than the specified date). However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (FedEx/UPS), which handles delivery.

A €20.00 fee applies for any address revision after shipping.

A €40.00 fee applies if a package must be redirected due to non-acceptance, failure to collect, an incorrect address, or return to our facility.

Silibracelets.fr is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or unexpected customs fees.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

We ship to Spain, Europe, and worldwide. For non-professional customers, an import tax provision will be retained and paid on their behalf to local customs. Professional customers are responsible for customs fees and service charges in their country.

Prices

All prices and minimum order quantities are subject to change. Silipulseras.com will make every effort to keep pricing and quantity requirements updated. However, market conditions may occasionally require changes to product pricing or minimum order quantities.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect minimum quantity, Silipulseras.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order and assist you in selecting an alternative product.
